What are the best mods for a c5 corvette to get Horsepower at a low cost?

There is no such thing as low cost HP. Especially on one of our cars. They do very well as you know already, but the most gains on the c5's are to be had in the exhaust. You need a shop that is VERY knowledgeable with vettes. just some slap shop is GOING to screw your car up.

rofl...just the name corvette ads almost 200 dollars to the price tag... some headers/ LS6/FAST intake,MSD COIL PACKS with Wires and for some serious shit, LS6 CAM ... LS1's are easy to mod and the market is huge. If you want to cut the BS just get a PRO CHARGER, and be done with it

Well you answered your own question there. The best mods at low cost are to mae the car breathe better...so exhaust and intake mods are good place to start.
