...to but wont turn over. Need help? It did this about a month ago but when it sat for the weekend it started up again and ran fine...now it's doing it again but this time it wont start. It sounds like it's going to turn over but it doesn't... we've been told this specific make has problems with moisture...When we had the problem a month ago it had been raining for days...and now he is in Washington State living by the water but there has been no rain. Would happen to have any ideas as to what is wrong with it?
