Water inside doors after heavy rain

After some pretty hard rain the next day I heard sloshing in my 08 truck? Both passenger doors had substantial water IN them? Shaking the doors some water trickled out, I pulled one of the pins from the lower door seal and water poured out! Is there a drain thats clogged? Thanks

There should be drain holes in the bottom of the door. Perhaps there are rubber plugs in the bottom of it that didn't get removed, or the holes are just stopped up. Open the door and get under it and look for any obvious places for drain holes to be. If you don't see any, you may have to remove the door panel and look inside.
