Walmart Tires Goodyear Tracker 2 for a Chevy Silverado?

I need new tires for my 2006 Chevy Silverado. I got a flyer at Walmart and they have a sale going on till the 14th for Goodyear Tracker 2 tires for my size tire. I know nothing about tires, and am wondering what the quality and rating is for these tires. I live in NH and winter is coming so I need something decent that can handle the weather out here, and do haul a horse trailer occasionally. The promotion is $400 for the tires where everywhere else Im looking at almost $700.
