Using Dexcool in my 2011 Silverado

I own a 2011 Silverado w/5.3. I bought it new, it now has 96,000 miles on it and I am getting ready to change radiator fluid, hoses & thermostat. As I was going thru the youtube videos, I found a lot of negative talk about using Dexcool. Any thoughts on this?

I also own a 2009 Impala with 160,000 miles since new and I changed all this at 100,000 with Dexcool and have had no problems as of now.

As long as the fluid isn't mixed with conventional antifreeze there is no issue. Make sure whatever you use states it is compatible with Dexcool.
