waste of money and time to know what shape a car was in when one really needs to know what shape a car is in carfax doent tell you what shape a car is in it tell you what shape it might have been in a big differents doesnt say it has a oil leak doesnt say it need tires doesnt say radio or heat works
might say it had a fender replace or it had work done on it maybe and done of that matters more than what shape its in now that you have to check or have check carfax a way for someone to make money
thats all..doesnt help much for knowing what shape a car is in at all.. want to know shape of any car that info is free type into search box

how to check a used car

get a checklist look for signs of problems free can use it rest of life works on every car made

help you look for signs of problems
help one know shape of car that car fax doesnt tell you

type into search box

how to check a used car

a smart way to buy a used car is to check everything you can its pass means little its now that matters
done of the things you list has much to do with car being in running order could drive it without any of them

learn how to check shape now not shape pass carfax a joke a scam a way to make money dos tell you shape of a car tells you pass shape of a car if you check shape then you know now not pass

Everything mentioned is superficial and it sounds like somebody wanted to restore everything back to new condition. I wouldn't sweat the small stuff if the price is right on the car.
