I have 97 Silverado that just stopped while I was driving it since then will not start up tried fuel relay tried fuel filter no luck. Next I was going to drop the tank and replace fuel pump guess I'm having a hard time with the way it just died like it lost power for a few seconds then I was able to turn it over but no start. The fuel pump does not load up fuel pressure or turn on at all. I was running it thru some fields with high brush and thought maybe a branch could have pulled something as it came lose and ripped out.
