tried hooking up new speakers in 2002 chevy silverado now there's clicking noises,

the dash lights are out,? Took out the stock speakers and tried hooking up alpines 600 and now some stuff turns on but like the dash lights don't work or the seat moves back but not forward and even the radio doesn't work. there's a clicking noise as well
