I have a 1997 Suburban 1500 2wd. Just got a nice new set of Michelin LTX M/S tires all around. The Guys at Sams put in 40 pounds all around when I bought them. The door frame says 32 in the front and 41 in the rear. The tire says 50 max on the sidewall.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to go with? 32 seems too little for the front. I put them to 36/42 and it seems to be really nice. I do my share of highway driving. Sometimes I load 1000+ pounds of stuff in the back but mostly I run pretty empty cargo wise.
