there is a tsb on a part that i need fixed on my car. if i take it to the dealership, will they fix it for free?

How far out of warranty are you? They for the most part wont replace it for free but you can ask for a little help if its just out of warranty. Gm gives dealers a little leeway on warranty to help there customers.
