SUBURBAN PRO NEEDED: 2005 Rough Idle 75,000 miles

I have a 2005 Suburban with 75,000 miles. It has been idling rough (400 - 500 rpms). We had it stall a few times while driving. Next we changed Mass Air Flow, cleaned out throttle body, put in injector cleaner, dry gas (in case of water), checked fuel gauge pressure (which was 60 psi), tested the vacuum lines, and brought in to Chevy dealer where fuel injectors, cylinders and idle air control valve are testing fine. The truck runs great on the highway. It is still running rough and idling low. They are baffled and I am baffled. Any help would amazing

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Any codes?

How about the EGR valve?

There was a car problem report that affected Suburban years 00'-06 and 09 with the throttle body. May need replacing...but the entire issue is most likely caused by a vacuum leak. Check everywhere on the hoses and TB for any lacerations or cracking.
