I have a '05 2500HD diesel 4WD and the speed o meter decided to quit working. The dealer says I have to purchase the instrument cluster as a unit as they are no longer repairable like the older units. Has anyone had experience with this?
Don't listen to the dealer they just want to make money. You can replace the stepper motors that are at fault or get them professionally replaced. I got mine repaired at myairbags. Been working ever since
