2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The needle for RPM and speedometer stick at 120. There was a GM recall for vehicles under 70K. I bought truck at 77K and now have little over 100K. I am mechanically inclined. I see websites that offer repair but are they proven? I am looking for a place to ship cluster to without getting robbed. Suggestions or fixes?
