Sorry if this is a repeat...

I have a 2000 suburban non Bose with Onstar, stock radio/CD and a detached tape deck.
The front door speakers work. I'm getting nothing from the back 2 door speakers. The sub in the back works.
I have read the truck has a factory amp behind the glove box but not sure if thats what I'm seeing.
I have verified all the related fuses are good.
Honestly I'm not even sure how many speakers this car has and where there're located due to the lack of sound coming out.

Any suggetions?

Thanks.

the wires on the speakers suck you might check the wires on the rear speakers. if that doesnot work time to follow the wires on the back of the radio back to the back doors. or just replace the speaker wire from the back of the radio to the rear doors. check and see if the rear speakers work.

Try connecting the pink wire on the car to the blue pwr wire on ur deck that should turn on your back door speakers....

When I bought my Suburban from the auction, the two rear door speakers did not work. Come to find out, they were both blown. So, I removed the factory speakers from the front doors....moved them to the back to replace the blown ones and bought top quality aftermarket speakers for the front doors. What an amazing difference with good speakers.
