Should I buy a '96 Chevy Suburban?

I have a chance to buy back a 'burban that I sold to this family last year. Sold it for $2800 but they are selling it back to me for $300. They just had a baby and say they need the money.

The Suburban had a new engine put in it along with new tires, bakes, the works when I had it. They say now it needs transmission work.

Would you buy it back?

300 bucks? you bet i would! heck the tires are worth more then that if they are good. besides if you decide you don,t want it then you could sell it for more money.
