Seeking input on mechanical issue with the water pump

Will the water pump fail if there's damage to the radiator and the AC condenser unit?

Exactly. Allstate is refusing to fix the water pump but will fix the radiator and the AC condenser. Dad's that the water pump is normal wear and tear. But I had no prob until I ran over something on the freeway and it put a hole in the radiator and damaged the AC condenser

Very unclear what happened. What's wrong with the water pump? Is it leaking? Did you drive the car till it overheated? How many miles on the vehicle?
