Reverse glow gauges

Has this come up before? Has anyone installed them in a Silverado dash? I think they update the interior look, and it would match my head unit.

I havent seen them, if I understand it correctly could be tricky removing the needles from the gauges or do they slip over?

I'm pretty sure you have to remove the needles.
