remove 96 drivers side door

I need to know the best way go remove and replace drivers side door on 96 Chevy suburban. The electric all still works . All the metal inside door is rusted and best option is to just replace. Can some one help me out getting this door off

this shows you how to remove the door panel in order to disconnect the electrics than the hinges have to be unbolted

This is for a 1998 - but it should be the same.

Remove the lower hinge pin retainer.
Remove the lower hinge pin by completing the following steps:
- Use a pair of locking pliers in order to grasp the pin.
- Use a soft-faced hammer in order to drive out the pin.
- Install a bolt through the lower hinges in order to temporarily hold the door in place during the removal of the upper hinge.
Remove the upper hinge pin retainer.
Remove the upper hinge pin.
Remove the bolt from the lower pin hole.
Remove the door from the vehicle.
