Refurbishing a '69 Chevy Nova?

So i stumbled onto the 1969 Chevy Nova:

and was wondering if anything, how much people think it would cost to "restore" the stuff that looks wrong with it, before i investigate it completely. Just need a good opinion.

A replacement front end wont be cheap. Since the WHOLE f/e is missing, it was probably wrecked. You MAY be buying a headache.
The engine has been exposed to the weather and could be full of water. You better check it out thoroughly.
