quick check, ez fix if its the same problem... mine was...
0n my 06, if you open the hood, on the drivers side, above the front wheel, betwwen the fender and the fuse box, you will have the 2 hard plastic black hoses, that carry washer fluid for frony and rear, there is a straight line coupler there, make sure it is conected... mine came apart push it back together and it worked.
what happens is usually during the winter, it freezes and the pressure pops it apart, or worse case scenario, there is a blockage somewhere in the line...
