Rear Heater not working

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a 2000 Suburban 1500 and in the front I have to switch the AC Switch all the way till it clicks to the red indicator in order for it to get hot...

And in the rear...no matter what I set it to...it won't blow hot. It blows fine and the AC works fine, but the heat doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you check for a low coolant level when the engine was off and cold? You may have a valve in the hose line going to the heater which is stuck in the closed position. I assume when you say AC switch you mean the temperature switch and you have the mode switch set for bilevel or feet.
