radio installation help. '79 chevy suburban?

My old radio quit out on me a few months ago. I bought a new one today and hooked all the wires up, and it won't turn on. I replaced every 15 fuse in my fuse box, but still no joy. Is there perhaps a problem with the red wire, or maybe something else. Thanks

Check to be sure that their is power to the red wire. Their should also be a fuse in line with the new radio. Make sure that it is good and is in. And make certain that the radio it self is grounded. Some of the newer radios need to be grounder through the body of the radio. Their should be a screw on the back to do this.
