Problem with Rear HVAC

I have a 2004 Suburban w/88K miles. Last year I had the condensor replaced due to a leak. This year, the rear vents do not blow cold nor hot air. The blower motor works; including all of the blower motor speeds. It seems to just flow-in the outside air.

Any ideas?
