Power steering problems with Chevy Cobalt LS coupe 2006... how do i deal with that?

I have a chevy cobalt ls coupe 2006 and i have a problem with the power steering. I turn the engine on an i start driving. After about half a mile there is a 3 beep signal and text saying "power steering" appears in the front. The wheel begins to turn really hard. I think i need to check the power steering fluid but there is no fill in container. Where do i find this container? Where is the power steering liquid located?

Electric power steering is bad. It's inside the steering wheel and cost $800 to repair.
