Possible fuse issues. CTSY LP fuse gets put in and my interior lights stay on.

Anyone have fuse issues with CTSY LP 15? When I put it in, the interior lights stay on until I cut them off with the dial, then my dash goes out.

Do you have a switch with three positions, On, Off, Door?
It should be set for Door.
Post the year of the vehicle.
