i just bought these head lights online and installed them on my truck,fit like OEM and worked much better with projectors and angel eyes
the seller offers 5 stars customer service!
but i was wondering are these lights street legal?
since i don't want to get pulled over one day!

You have to contact the California DMV or you local police department with that question, just say you are considering buying them but wanted to check first.
