On Star Display in Radio/Media mode, The display is missing half the image

RE 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD

When I was in the process of synching my iPhone to the media function where I play Pandora, the screen image shifted halfway out of the screen. I tried disconnecting the negative battery terminal but that did not help. All the other On Star screens are not affected only the one for the radio and media.

I can not imagine it would be so hi-tech, thanks...I will try it in the AM
