I have a 99 tahoe the 175amp fuse blew, the bolt on one on the radiator shroud I changed it and now I can't get no power to the under hood fuse box I put a new positive cable on the starter and now I can't get no power to the Box

using a test light or voltmeter do you have power on both sides of the fuse?
assuming you have power on both sides of the fuse, using the test light or voltmeter tracing the wire from the mega fuse to the fuse box, do you have power at the end of that cable?
if you dont have power than that cable is fried.
