New tires

I recently put a leveling kit on my 2022 Chevy Silverado LT 5.3 L V8 and the factory tires were 20 inch but I went down to an 18 inch because 20s would not fit but now my mpg is lower and my screen dominator is not reading correctly, so I need to get it. tires for some reason I can’t find a programmer to do that because of the I guess the type Chevy I have which is the and I can’t remember what they call it but it’s the one with the digital.– And the 13 1/2 inch screen. Please help!Thank you.

I'm not sure what you were trying to type starting with "screen dominator ". Nothing is going to restore your mpg if the diameter of the tire is smaller. If the tire size you have is not one of the sizes Chevrolet uses I doubt anything can be changed in the ECM or BCM to correct it. Otherwise a dealer maybe able to change the size in the ECM/BCM.
