New guy - need help with an issue

Hi all, new guy from NH.

My daughter has a 2021 Traverse, intermittently the horn, hazards and door locks will turn on, then after a bit they turn off. She's not having any luck getting the dealer to look at it. I am a former tech, but it's been a few years. I was wondering if it could be the fusebox? Only place I can think of where wires for all those things are close together. I also wondered about the alarm system possibility causing the issue. I would appreciate any input, I am in Tennessee to see my oldest grandson's graduation and would like to help my daughter out.

Aren't you describing an alarm system being activated other than for the locks? Are the locks repeatedly opening and closing?
What does not having luck getting the dealer to look at it mean? Did she schedule an appointment?

It sounds like it could potentially be an issue with the fuse box, as you mentioned, especially if there's a loose connection affecting multiple systems simultaneously. Another possibility could indeed be the alarm system, particularly if it's aftermarket and not integrated well with the vehicle's existing electrical systems. Checking for any loose wires or corroded connections in these areas could be a good start. Since you have experience as a tech, you might also want to look at the body control module, as it controls many of the features you're having trouble with.
