New Chevy Cobalt or used Toyota Camry? Close in price?

I'm looking at a brand new Chevy Cobalt. There are incentives right now that will bring the price to about $12,000 brand new. I am also looking at a 5 year old Camry for about $13,000. Do not know what to do.

Toyota Camrys last forever. Have you checked reviews?
My sister has a cobalt and she hates it. It is literally a roller skate and can barely make it up a hill. Get the Camry. Especially since its older you could get it for prolly 11,500 if you can negotiate
