Need to replace rear turn signal bulb on 2003 Chevy Cavalier?

I've pulled back the trunk liner and disconnected the wiring harness. There is an arrowhead shaped tab and when I depress it, I can slightly rotate the assembly counterclockwise, but not enough to remove the bulb. I know it should be somewhat obvious, but I can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
