...454 supercharged. what fuel pump to use? I have a 1999 chevrolet 3/4 ton four wheel drive suburban. It has the 7.4 (454) with supercharger. This truck is very high performance. I have changed my fuel pump twice now and nothing can keep up. The first one I put on was just a stock GM fuel pump....it worked as long as you did not want to go fast...lol...so then I tried a high performance OEM...It would not even idle...so now what? I'm actually at a loss. I really don't want to take it to a shop for a $1,500 bill just to tell me which one to use...so if you have had this problem or know how to fix it please tell me!!!
