...be the problem? It's been doing this for a good while now, I just really haven't had the money to get it looked at. Sometimes when I try to start it, it takes a few times and only starts when I press on the gas a little bit. Then, while I am driving, if I slow down too much while turning or stopping at a red light it will die. The only way I've been getting it to stay on is to slow down way before I get to the light and lightly tap the gas to make sure it doesn't shut off. It has something to do with making sure the RPM doesn't die down to zero. It jumps up and down when I slow down. Maybe something to do with the idle sensor?

Does anyone know what might be wrong and if I can fix it? I went to Auto Zone to see if they could run a code thing for when the engine light comes on but they said something was unplugged and they couldn't pull the codes up. Help?
