My 03 Chevy Silverado will not take fuel through the insert, at the refill station.?

This truck will not take fuel at the station. You can hear the gas slowly drain after the handle releases. It took me 15 minutes to get 11$ worth of fuel. I think the problem is related to a previous where I just took the truck to my chevy to the dealership. I was directed to purchase a gas cap and had the check engine light reset. The check engine light came on this again this morning
