Location of 06 Chevy Cobalt Micro Switch?

My buddy cannot even remove his keys anymore, i have found the service bulletin on it and i know what i am looking for, i am just unsure where it is on these cars. I would rather not waste his time looking for where i think it might be.
The fix looks easy enough.
