Life expectancy of 99 Suburban

Hello all,

I'm curious to find out about the life expectancy of a 99 suburban. I'm looking at purchasing a used one, potentially, but it has a lot of miles. It has about 200k miles actually. I do not know if the tranny has been replaced yet or not. I also don't want to buy a carfax report because it may not have all the info on a car I'm only semi-considering. It is the K1500 4wd, with a 5.7 l V8

My 1979 K15 has 243k on it before the speedo stopped working. Its had a few motors and trannies I bet.

The rest of it, is still solid as a rock.

With care taken you can get 400k before rebuild. At the first sound of engine noise, rebuild.
