I have a 2005 suburban with heated seats/memory seating/folding mirrors that don't seem to work. The heated seats on the driver side come on every time I start the vehicle and also every time I open the door, get out, and get back in. The memory seating has no memory, just goes to random places. The folding mirrors think about folding, but do not. Are all this issues related to central location within the door?

I agree with Zora. When I bought my Equinox, the driver side window wouldn't work and the idiots in the service dept said "bad switch" and ordered one. I told them to check the wiring in the door area and they ignored me. Two days later, they said "there was a broken wire in the door area." Duhhhhhhh!
