1977 Corvette? I'm installing anew exhaust system on my 1977 Corvette. It would appear that this is one of the years that there was no gasket between the exhaust manifold and heat riser valve or a donut between the heat riser valve and the exhaust pipe. Is that correct? On the driver's side there is no gasket between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe; only an insert and donut.
