Is there a big difference between the 1991 Chevy Blazer and the 1991 Suburban?

Is it just the fact that one has two doors and the other has four? Are there gas mileage differences?

Thanks

its exactly the same, except for about 18 inches the suburban is roughly 18 inches longer, (kind of varies from year to year) and about 1,500 lbs heavier than a blazer, but the suburban holds more, hauls more, pulls trailers better because of the weight difference and longer wheelbase, 4x4 better, due to wieght but the gas mileage is not as good, depending on which engine is in the suburban. I have had both, and the suburban wins out in my book, but to each his own

The gas mileage differences depend on how the truck is optioned. If the Suburban has a 305, and the Blazer has a 350 and are geared respectively they will get just about the same fuel mileage. If they are optioned pretty closely, the Blazer will get a little better fuel mileage. The major differences are the Suburban is a four door, the Blazer is a two door with a removeable top.

They are the same vehicles, with the exception of the doors and the Suburban is longer and heavier. The Blazer is most likely to have a removable hard top on it. And that is the cool factor for the Blazer. You can go camping or to the beach without the top on and the girls will just jump in. If you drive a suburban to the same places you might have grandma jumping in with you. Hey its your choice. I'm just not into GILFs
