I've heard it said that, over 30 or 40,000 miles, the synthetic might move deposits around when they should stay where they are.
Do you think it wise to switch to synthetic at 115,000 miles?
(I change the oil twice a year. May and November. It has been a good routine in the past.
Regular 5W30 and the filter. I live in Staten Island.
I have gone to the same oil change place for 10 years. They have windows and you can watch.
They vacuum the floors, and check tire pressures.
You get a free car wash too, so when ya' do the math you can't beat it!)
