iS $6,500 too much for a 1998 Chevy Suburban with 150,000 miles?

My husband and I both thinks its a little high, but the guy doesn't seem to think so, so that means that he won't come down on the price. Thanks!
I just looked on Kelly Blue Books website, and even in excellent condition its worth maybe $6,200. But on 5% of used cars fall under this category. In good condition it was $5,800. So thank you, I will keep looking.
