Is 2004-2006 used Chevrolet Malibu a good car to buy?

We are looking at 2004-2006 used Malibu, if you have this car what do you like and what you don't like about it, what are the problem areas? Electrical steering, is it reliable?

struts wear out after about 25,ooo miles ,brakes,water pump otherwise decent car

I think the car is a very reliable car. I've yet to have any issues...
