interior fan stays on after adding aftermarket radio

hi, new guy here. we have a 2005 suburban that we upgraded the factory radio in, since the factory unit died. it is a pioneer. now, the interior fan vent is continually blowing some air when the car is off, thus running down the battery. any idea what gives? when the old radio that is a heap is plugged in, it does not do this, only with the new radio installed. the guys at best buy installed it and the guy was really knowledgeable. please help so I don't have to keep this thing plugged into a trickle charger all of the time. thanks so much. ronny

The guy who installed it wired something incorrectly. Nobody is going to know what he did wrong other than him since he has the installation instructions. The other possibility is if he used an adapter to install it he used the wrong one. If he cannt resolve it talk to the store manager.
