the morning but does in the evening.? I go to work at 9am and it will not start. It makes a clicking and humming noise, but that's it. I took it to the auto parts store and the clerk told me that there may be moisture present, but I don't know where. But by the time I get off work at 5:30pm I go home and crank the car and it starts right up with no problem.
