Classic..is this possible? I recently bought a nice 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic. Only 17,500 miles. I looked under the hood..and couldn't believe the amount of room there was not being used. This is what brought me to wonder if I could put a bigger engine in this truck. I'm going to use it to pull my camper. The camper weighs 4500 lbs..so the truck with 4.3 vortec should be able to handle it. I would just feel more confident if I could put a bigger engine in the truck.
2nd part of the question.
I've never had this done before. Is there usually any problems that I will have if I replace the engine? As you can see, I'm not automotively inclined and any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.
