I read somewhere that the Honda Civic years 1992 -1999 have a "???" in it that...

...also corvette does.? Or close to it. Maybe not the same size. I don't remember what this part was. It has something to do with the suspension, or the frame. It is also the main reason why those years of the Honda Civics are stolen the most for?
the "???" is the part that I don't remember what it is? I am asking if anyone knows what that part is?

I dont know why any part of any generation civic would be interchangeable with any part of any corvette. Hondas are stolen for parts and are commonly stolen because they are so easy to steal.

Depends on what "???" means.I believe they are stolen for their parts but I could be wrong.
