I need help on removing my fender flares off of my 1989 Chevy Silverado.?

I am trying to take off my black fender flares on my 89' Chevy pickup.
I can't find any fasteners. I know you can remove them because you can kind of pull on them. It seems like there is a fastener in the middle of them . I have no idea how to get to it.

Please help.
