I got another vehicle today, I got an '02 chevy silverado at auction and it's an LS model and has factory keyless entry but it was sold without the key fob. I tried programming a key fob from a family member's impala being he does not like using the keyless remote so they were just laying around. It programmed for the truck but it still works for the car too so whenever I lock or unlock using the remote, it does the same for both vehicles instead of just the intended truck. How can I make it "forget" the car and just program it for the truck only?
