I have an 04 Chevy Avalanche, what kind of horsepower gains could I expect?

I am planning on buying a kn cold air intake, superchips programmer, pulse plugs(look on google, they are scientifically proven to work), and a borla stainless steel cat-back exhaust system. What kind of horsepower gains can I expect from these upgrades. It is a 5.3L V8 with 295 stock horsepower. Thanks a million
Would I need to do anything with transmission with this newfound power

You should also throw in a high-flow catalytic converter and a good set of headers, those two things will help complete the package, so to speak

with the air intake its about 12hp the plugs about 7hp and the programmer depending what you do as far as low end hp or high end hp you can get about 50hp gainrs plus 50lbs torque...with the cat it will give about 10hp plus relieve alot of back pressure....soo about 60-80

If this is truly for performance, get the programmer and don't waste your money on the other stuff,they are just for looks and bragging.
